Our Process.
Our process is simple.
Recycle used coking oil (UCO) and waste vegetable oil (WVO).
We help people recycle their waste vegetable and used cooking oil. For commercial restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, and bar kitchens we provide recycling containers for spent oil and service these containers on a routine or “as needed” basis. For residents and the public sector, we allow residents to drop off their waste vegetable and used cooking oil at our Belle Chasse, LA oil recycling facility.
Collection of oil.
For commercial customers we schedule weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly WVO and used cooking oil pick-ups to ensure all customers are well taken care of and can properly dispose of oil.
Filtration and dewatering of used cooking oil and waste vegetable oil.
We use proprietary means to filter out all water and waste within the used cooking oil. The amount of water, waste, etc. will vary based upon customer, and this process can take up to 72 hours.
Re-Process of oil.
We re-process the waste vegetable and used cooking oil to a certain specification based upon buyer demand. Once this demand is met for a desired quantity, we package the newly “re-procesed” oil for transportation.
